01Who we are and what these terms cover

Ocacity is a development workspace operated by AURTIZ LTD (“Ocacity”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service cover the Ocacity website, its demonstration workspace, starter templates, and related preview features. “You” means the person using Ocacity or, where that person is authorised to act for an organisation, that organisation.

This version is a review draft for the current preview. It is not a set of subscription terms for a launched, paid AI service. AURTIZ LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17307727.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Reading or accepting these terms does not itself give consent to optional marketing, tracking, or AI training.

02What the current preview provides

Ocacity lets you explore a simulated development workflow, choose example layouts, edit project names, view starter code, and download static HTML previews. Responses and project designs use curated examples; they are not generated by a connected AI model.

• Accounts and project storage use the Ocacity API when available. Email registration requires verification; social sign-in is available only for configured providers. Verification and password-reset messages require the configured email service.
• Plan prices, credits, usage allowances, and subscriptions shown on the landing page are illustrative. There is no connected checkout or charge.
• “Share preview” produces a link to a starter template. It does not deploy your edited project or provide private hosting.
• Reference attachments retain a filename only. File contents are not uploaded or analysed.

Features may be incomplete or change during development. The preview includes no uptime commitment, production hosting, backups, or managed security service.

03Eligibility and responsible access

This preview is intended for adults aged 18 or over. If you use Ocacity for an organisation, you must have permission to act for it and to use any material you bring into the workspace.

Use sample information while exploring. Do not enter real passwords, API keys, payment-card details, confidential customer records, or sensitive personal information into prompts, project names, demonstration forms, or filenames. Enter your password only in the dedicated account forms. Authentication protects account access, but the preview is not intended for sensitive or confidential records.

You are responsible for securing your device, checking who can access your browser profile, and keeping independent copies of anything you need. Saved projects are not a substitute for a source-code repository or backup.

04Your content and permissions

You retain any ownership and intellectual-property rights you already have in prompts, text, code, images, and other material you provide. You must have the rights or permission needed to use that material and must not include another person’s confidential or personal information without an appropriate basis.

You give us only the permission needed to handle your material for the preview features you request, such as displaying a prompt or rendering and saving a project in your account. This permission does not give us ownership of your material, a right to sell it, or a licence to train AI models on it.

The current application has no AI-training pipeline. If future AI features involve different processing, the relevant notice and terms must be provided before those features process your content. Your privacy rights are governed by applicable law as well as the Privacy Policy.

05Templates, code, and exported projects

We and our licensors retain rights in the Ocacity interface, name, branding, underlying software, and materials supplied by us. Using the preview does not transfer those rights to you.

To the extent we hold the relevant rights, you may use, modify, and incorporate the starter templates and exported example code made available through Ocacity into your own personal or commercial projects. This permission does not authorise you to pass off Ocacity’s branding as your own, claim our endorsement, or resell access to the Ocacity service.

Third-party software, fonts, and other separately licensed materials remain subject to their own licences. Keep required notices and check the permissions for any material you add. We cannot grant rights in material owned by somebody else.

The Code tab contains an illustrative scaffold. An exported HTML preview is a static visual snapshot: forms, checkout, authentication, and other backend behaviour are not supplied merely because they appear in the design. An export is not a promise of unique or production-ready software.

06Reviewing results and AI limitations

You should review, test, and adapt any template, code, or export before relying on it. Check security, accessibility, dependency licences, accuracy, and whether the result meets the requirements of your intended use.

The current preview does not give legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Its examples should not be relied on for safety-critical decisions or systems without appropriate expert review and safeguards.

If AI generation becomes available later, outputs may contain errors, insecure code, omissions, or content similar to other users’ results. These terms do not promise a particular model, unlimited generation, exclusive ownership of third-party material, or a successful build from every prompt. Live AI functionality will need terms and a privacy notice that describe its actual operation.

07Acceptable use

You must use Ocacity lawfully and respect other people’s rights. In particular, do not use the service to:

• Create or distribute malware, steal credentials, gain unauthorised access, or attack another system.
• Run scams, impersonate another person or organisation, or build deceptive pages intended to collect information unlawfully.
• Infringe copyright, trade marks, privacy, confidentiality, or other protected rights.
• Facilitate exploitation of children, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats, or other illegal abuse.
• Disrupt the service, overload its infrastructure, or evade access controls and limits.
• Misrepresent a simulated feature, generated result, or demonstration payment as a completed real-world action.

These restrictions do not prevent lawful security research conducted with permission, rights granted by an applicable open-source licence, or activities that cannot legally be restricted.

08Browser storage, sharing, and your users

Project changes are saved to your account through the API. A project includes its name, prompt, template, revision and bounded recent conversation history. The interface shows up to 100 recent projects. Check the save status before leaving; failed requests are not represented as saved.

A prompt submitted on the landing page, a selected build mode, and an attached filename can appear in the workspace URL. The URL can be visible in browser history, in requests to the site server, and to anyone you send it to. Do not put secrets in it.

A template-preview link and a downloaded HTML file have different effects: the link opens a starter template, while the file captures a static preview that you can distribute yourself. Check what you are sharing before sending either.

If you adapt an export into a public website or application, you are responsible for that separate service, its users, and its legal notices. Ocacity’s Privacy Policy does not automatically become the privacy policy for a website you build.

09Prices, subscriptions, and cancellation

There is currently nothing to purchase through this preview. Clicking a displayed plan does not start a subscription, authorise a payment, or create an obligation to pay. Displayed prices and credits are examples, not a current purchase offer.

Before introducing a paid service, we will provide the applicable price, tax treatment, billing period, renewal terms, usage limits, cancellation method, and refund or withdrawal information at the point of purchase. You will need to take an affirmative purchase action before being charged.

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights. A future commercial policy cannot make legally required refunds, remedies, or withdrawal rights disappear by describing a payment as non-refundable.

10Third-party services

No AI-model API, payment processor or live deployment integration is connected. Account authentication and project storage use the Ocacity API. Google, Microsoft and Apple authentication are available only when configured; provider branding does not imply endorsement.

If you follow an external link or independently connect an exported project to another service, that service’s terms and privacy practices apply to your relationship with it. Before Ocacity introduces integrations of its own, we must describe the relevant providers, responsibilities, and data flows.

11Availability and ending use

You may stop using the preview at any time. Use account settings to sign out of one or all sessions, and the project list to delete a project. Clearing browser data does not delete your API account or its projects. Account deletion is not yet self-service; contact the operator at the registered office for account or privacy requests.

We may update, limit, or withdraw preview features. Where reasonably practical, we will give notice of a significant withdrawal so that users can export anything they wish to keep. Immediate restrictions may be necessary to address unlawful activity, a security problem, or a material breach of these terms.

We do not promise to recover browser-local records that have been deleted or become inaccessible. This does not remove any legal responsibility we have for our own acts or omissions.

12Responsibility and legal protections

The preview is offered for exploration and may contain bugs or incomplete functionality. We do not promise that it will meet every requirement, run without interruption, or produce a particular result. You should not treat it as a production service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory consumer rights remain in place.

Where consumer law applies, we remain responsible for losses that the law makes us responsible for, including reasonably foreseeable losses caused by our breach. If you use Ocacity for a business, take appropriate steps to test and back up work before relying on it. No provision here overrides responsibilities that applicable law places on us.

13Changes, disputes, and contact

We will identify the version and effective date of any terms we publish. A material change will be explained in advance where reasonably possible. New paid features, new uses of content, or processing that requires consent will not be authorised simply by editing this draft.

We aim to resolve concerns directly first. You may still use any complaint process or court available under applicable law. Nothing here removes protections or court rights that apply to you as a consumer in your country of residence.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales may hear disputes, except that consumers retain any right to bring proceedings in their local courts and to rely on mandatory protections under the law where they live.
